Our Statement

Jackson Hole for Free Palestine is a grassroots coalition of Jackson Hole and Teton County residents who support the liberation of Palestinians and advocate against the conflation of Judaism and Zionism. Our coalition represents an intersectional community, including members who identify as Jewish, Atheist, Agnostic, Christian, Palestinian, Indigenous, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, gender non-conforming, disabled, and economically disadvantaged. We stand firmly against the atrocities committed by Israel against the Palestinian people in the name of Judaism, actions which have been fully funded by our U.S. taxes.

Our immediate demands include a permanent and immediate ceasefire in Gaza, lifting the siege on Gaza, allowing unrestricted humanitarian aid into Gaza, and exchanging both Israeli and Palestinian hostages. Our long-term demands are as follows: ending the military occupation of Palestine, putting an end to the apartheid state where Palestinians are treated as second-class citizens, establishing free and fair elections for both Israelis and Palestinians, passing a Right of Return Law that enables Palestinians of the Diaspora to return, and providing financial reparations to Palestinians.
